Waiting and the Mystery of Unanswered Prayer

By Mark Scott

WaitingSeriesMailMost of us HATE to WAIT. Especially when there are serious kinds of waiting, like the single person waiting for Mr. or Mrs. Right. Or landing that much needed job. And yet, Psalm 37:7 says: “Be still in the presence of the Lord, and wait patiently for him to act.” Of course that’s easier said than done when we’re completely freaking out.

We’ll take a deep breath and a deep look at “the meaning found in the waiting” over the next few weeks. Choose one of two identical Sunday morning services, 9:15 or 11. Forward this to a friend who may be frustrated in the wait! Find us: http://calvarycommunitychurch.com

We not only need prayer but a helping hand from someone that may have a compassionate hear and money to spare.
