neXgen – Creation Fest 2009 (June 24th-28th)

 All neXgen-ers are invited to blast off on our first youth retreat to Creation Fest ’09! You don’t want to miss this awesome experience; 4 day outdoor Christian concerts, engaging speakers and camping trip all rolled into one!

Time: (Depart) 8am on Wed. June 24th – (Return) 2pm on Sun. June 28th

Location: Agape Farm, 17512 Rapture Street, Shirleysburg, PA 17260

Cost: $180 (includes admission, camping accommodations, transportation to and from and breakfast and lunch each day. Bring extra money for dinners at the food court each night and a fast food lunch for travel days -Wed and Sun. Also there are plenty of T-shirts and CDs for sale. We recommend bringing at least $75.00.)

Ignite – Shadowland Laser Tag April 24th!!

Middle School Youth (ages 10-13) are encouraged to come and ‘do’ Shadowland’ on Friday, April 24th! You don’t want to miss this fast-paced and fun evening! We’ll meet at the church and walk over. Parents; please drop off and pick up your children at C3. Please print the permission slip below and turn it in to Nate Wigley or Bob Brightful before the 24th! See you there!

The NEW Ignite!! – Ice Skating, Friday March 27th

Are you in middle school and at least 10 years old? Ignite is blasting off in a new way and under new management. We’ll have a big activity once per month for the next several months to begin with.

Join us for the Ignite Middle School Ice Skate at the Columbia Ice Rink on Thunderhill Rd from 8pm- 10pm. Bring a friend and get a prize! Admission is $9.00 including skate rental. (Pay at the ice rink.) Parents will drop off and pick up their child at the ice rink. Planet Wisdom Teen Conference March 6th-7th 2009

neXgen – Are you in high school and at least 13 years old? Then you need neXgen! Check out this special weekend conference in March!

Special Event – Planet Wisdom is our yearly two day winter conference in Woodbridge, Virginia. This year’s topic is “Unlikely Heros” ; Experiencing transformation through wisdom and the life of Christ.

We’ll be leaving from C3 at 2pm Friday and returning to the church by 8pm on Saturday.

Cost: $50.00 per person (this includes conference fees and transportation. Please bring extra money for dinner on Friday and lunch & dinner on Saturday.)

neXgen Ice Skating Night – Jan 30th 2009

If you are between the ages of 14-18, you need neXgen! Please join us for a special event on Jan 30th for ice skating at the Columbia Ice Rink on Thunder Hill Rd. We’ll meet there at 7:30pm-10:00pm. Cost is $10.00 including skate rental. You will need a permission slip to attend this event. C3 Preschool Co-op

The preschool co-op returns this fall! We have a new, exciting approach this year. We will meet twice a month, with days of the week and times to vary. The first time during the month we’ll meet at a home to do a craft, read books and socialize. The second time during the month we will go on a field trip together. Each month will have a theme that ties into the time of year and Bible. If you are a parent of a preschooler between the ages of 3 and 5 and you’re interested in fun times and great fellowship (for kids and moms alike), please join us. Siblings are welcome.
